Auto-Cancel Appointments Upon Delete

Please automatically cancel the appointment when an appointment is deleted. We have to first change the appointment to canceled and save, then delete the appointment in a separate step in order to remove a Google calendar entry. If you automatically did both when Delete is used, that would simplify our calendar management. Thank you.
